Cost of Evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), IQ, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities for Children in Northern California

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Evaluation – $3,000
    This comprehensive evaluation includes:
    IQ and/or language assessments
    • ASD testing
    • In-depth clinical interview with the client and relevant family members
    • Observation of the client in a social environment (if possible and appropriate)
    • Detailed written report (often 12+ pages) summarizing the client’s history, prior assessments, behavioral observations, current test results, examiner’s clinical impression/diagnosis, and recommendations

 

  • ADHD Assessment for 5- to 16-Year-Olds – $3,000
    The assessment process includes:
    Psycho-educational evaluation (in-person IQ testing and academic achievement testing) – approximately 2 to 4 hours
    • In-person, phone, or online parent interview
    • Forms about ADHD sent to parents, teachers, and other relevant individuals in the child’s life, which are then scored and integrated into the final report
    • If needed, phone or email interviews with teachers regarding the child’s performance at school
    Parents will receive:
    • An in-depth report to share with possible intervention specialists (schools, pediatricians, psychiatrists, insurance companies, etc.)
    • An in-person or online explanation of the examiner’s findings
    • Recommendations for services to address the child’s diagnosis

 

  • Learning Disability Assessment for 6- to 16-Year-Olds – $3,500
    The assessment process includes:
    Psycho-educational evaluation (in-person IQ testing and academic achievement testing) – approximately 2.5 to 5 hours
    • In-person, phone, or online parent interview
    • Forms about behavior sent to parents, teachers, and other relevant individuals in the child’s life, which are then scored and integrated into the final report
    • If needed, phone or email interviews with teachers regarding the child’s performance at school
    Parents will receive:
    • An in-depth report to share with possible intervention specialists (schools, pediatricians, psychiatrists, insurance companies, etc.)
    • An in-person or online explanation of the examiner’s findings
    • Recommendations for services to address the child’s diagnosis

 

  • Learning Disability and ADHD Combined Assessment – $4,500
    This evaluation combines both the ADHD and Learning Disability assessments at a reduced cost. Since the intellectual and academic testing only needs to be completed once, it effectively addresses both concerns.

Cost of counseling services:

Individual Counseling-  $140 per 50-minute session

Group Counseling for social skills and/or executive functioning-  $115 per 75-minute session

Life Coaching Services-  $135 per 50-minute session
